Help with logging in?

So i just joined the site yesterday, so this might seem like a simple problem, but it's really bugging me.
Whenever i open FH, it starts just fine, and it goes to the logon screen, also fine. But then when i try to log in, It says "Incorrect username or password." I know i'm typing it in right, i verified my account and everything, and i'm sure caps lock isn't on, i'm not using numpad, what's happening?

I'm sorry to hear you're expericing some trouble with the log in - you're not the only one though.

I suggest you check this out:

Also sometimes a error glitch happens - then just close the game and try to log in again.

Hopefully that'll help, but if it doesn't I suggest you write a PM to someone on the staff who might be able to help you more with this.

Quick note, you are sure you registered correctly?

Several people have mentioned to me about incorrect registration, and how it can lead to this sort of issue.  In fact, it happened to me too. 
If you can't find anything in the help thread, I suggest making a new password.
