MMD help?

Hey guys,

Recently, I wanted to try MikuMikuDance (MMD). I downloaded a few models that were in .pmx format, and when I tried to open them in MMD, it said that the format wasn't compatible. I looked up a few ways to convert .pmx to .pmd, but I can't find a way that works for me. If anyone here knows how to use MMD, any help is appreciated.

I know how to use MMD quite well! .PMX and .PMD work perfectly fine for me. What version do you have? Also, if your computer is a MAC it will not work. Make sure to make a folder for each model in the Model file of the MikuMikuDance folder and then drag and drop everything from the download of the model into that folder. It'll make it easier to find them in the future. Do this for any motion data and things you get also. You'll thank me later! :3

Anyways, you may want to get the newest version, I got it recently so I could actually make music videos XD

Extra tip: Get Any Audio Converter. It's free and will allow you to turn MP3's and such in WAV files, which is the type of file that is used on MMD for music/sounds. You can get it here: http://www.any-audio-converter.com/
