Akira
« on: November 29, 2013, 03:11:12 am »
Akira considers herself a down-to-earth wolf, who pays attention to her surroundings, and tries to weigh whatever is presented to her. While she can sometimes be easily distracted by certain details, particularly if they are of an interest to her, the she-wolf tries her best to stay aware of her surroundings in order to protect herself. Akira is also fiercely loyal, particularly to family. However, with a recent emptiness in that part of her life, Akira has not recently given her trust or loyalty to anyone, as her parents are either died or left, and the Feikesonn family has always been a distance from her, emotionally. She tends to live a solitary life, not because she doesn't want to have friends and family, but because she is incredibly shy around those she does not know, adjusting the way she acts so as to appear well-mannered, and deflecting conversations about herself whenever she feels uncomfortable in present company.

Despite how unsociable she seems, Akira has a certain stubborness that was born in her when she was a pup. With the incredibly strong urge to protect her mother against such a scary world, she intended to be able to hold her own from a young age, and has never wavered from that thought process. While shy, she presents a personality that can hold her own in battle or debate, and she certainly has some strength of character, even if she is reluctant to show it. This can also make her difficult to deter when she has made up her mind, as acting towards another wolf in any sort of fashion takes a lot of deliberation from her, and once she has committed to becoming a friend or enemy, she has every intention of doing just that. Only her family has ever has the ability to deter her from serious decisions.

Once she had crossed from everforest to woodraven, Akira learned how better to fight. Utilizing lessons from her early days and expanding upon them with her father, Akira has learned what styles better suit her, and yet her skill is not extensive, but circumstantial. While she has never fought just for the fun of it, the enjoyment that comes in fighting is not dissimilar to her enjoyment of hunting, running, and doing other mindless, physical tasks for the sake of disconnecting with the world, or enjoying the act of moving. It is less about the goal or the kill, and more about the effort or journey made.
