I do but it isn't on this computer.  I sometimes use Paint.NET which is better.  My siggy was made on it.

9/10 oh, ok, I think I'll explain anyway though X3 I'm not sure what happened, but I got a popup(or something) that came up so fast I didn't even see, I was clicking on a brush at the exact same time, and all of a sudden the brush-changing options, size-changing, everything below the color wheel is gone, replaced by a message "You can drop dockable dialogues here"
