The 'I'm bored' call can be meant in many ways. Some are trying to stir up trouble, some are simply expressing a fact, some are explaining something and some just want people to know they are there. I know many are just being slightly insensitive, and not intending to hurt feelings - they are, simply, bored.

But the reason I personally don't like people saying this is because it hurt's the leaders/creators feelings. The message I get is 'Oh, your RP is bad, it can't even keep me entertained'. Now, most people don't actually mean this at all! But the underlying implications can really hurt someone's feelings, and their confidence. Some are unaffected of course - but how can you know if you've hurt someone or not? We are on the internet, you see. I think it's just better to phrase is 'Do you wanna do _______ now? ' and not risk being rude.
