I think perhaps if it weer to be added it would work like so,
Upload feature is added to the site > you make a preset and upload to the site > you can add the option to make this downloadable by other players or not > once up loaded it is placed in a single folder> in a weekly or bi weekly patch this folder is placed in "presets"> presets should appear on others
Of coarse some of the issues are that people can easily go though the folder and find the presets people don't want other people using , however sense their might be hundreds of them in there chances of someone stealing your preset are low, and the other issue is that it may be a long time to download, which shouldn't be so much of a deal allot of online games take time to download so its not much of a sacrifice.
