Game Discussion / Re: What are the best days/times to find role-plays?
« on: February 25, 2017, 03:33:44 pm »
Well, considering that most of the player base appears to reside in the United States or Northern Europe, I'd say around 8:00 (20:00(?)) GMT on a friday, since that would be a reasonable time for UK/Ireland/France/etc. users to be awake, and would be the perfect time for US residents to be coming home from school (younger users, that is); or a few hours earlier than that on a satuday/sunday as there would be no school (or work depending on where you live), and more people would be available.

These are some nice presets! I especially love the attention to breed specific details like the husky eyes.
Keep it up!

You need to have 25 posts to nuzzle someone, then the option will show up!

Oh, right, I always forgot about that! Thank you!

Site/Forum Help / Nuzzle Options
« on: February 23, 2017, 09:29:44 pm »
Hello! I am a tad embarrassed to be asking a question like this, so I apologize in advance if this was obvious or repetitive, but where may I find the "nuzzle" option on the new forums? Thank you in advance if anyone could help me!

Forum Discussion / Re: What's YOUR color?
« on: February 23, 2017, 09:27:05 pm »
A wonderful topic! (+floof!) I personally am very fond of shades of browns and creamy tans and yellows. They are rather plain, easy on the eyes, yet carry a pleasant motif of trust and dependability, which I'd like to pride myself in. It also reminds me of chocolate or cookies, which are, obviously, amazing. I tend to use navajowhite for the forums however, since it sticks out nicely on the background of the forums without any excessive contrast or eyesores. Though I am debating switching to blanched almond... Decisions, decisions.

I don't typically partake in this sort of humor myselg, but some of these can be quite amusing to see.

That is pretty weird. I personally don't have any experiences of this kind, but, maybe there is some kind of targeted advertising thing going on with the computers. Or...

Game Discussion / Re: Why do YOU make characters?
« on: February 21, 2017, 01:45:59 am »
Quite a nice topic!
Personalyl, I make mine for pretty boring reasons: for a fresh roleplayer or for an avatar. In fact, most of my OCs were rejected attempts at making a new face for myself. I'm not going to ramble on too much longer, but I also like the excuse to draw animals with nice color schemes and wind up attached to them. Whoops.

Game Discussion / Re: How Old Should You be to Play FeralHeart?
« on: February 21, 2017, 01:41:22 am »
I too joined when I was 12. And let me tell you, I wasn't the most mature 12 year old. Considering I'm about 15 now, and feeling right at home, I believe early teen years and onwards would be the optimal age group. Although it's great that a younger user's first online game may happen to be Feralheart, as it is one of the better communities for games like these, there's still bound to be some hooligans that are going to be harsh with them or expose them to too much early on. At 12, I was still in my "derpy" phase, but still had my own personal thoughts and cautions for the most part, but I'd been an internet user for a couple of years by then between Minecraft and the good 'ol Webkinz and Club Penguin days.
So to get to the point, finally, I believe it boils down to maturity. I happen to know some 11 year olds who handle situations better than some 17 year olds I know, so I think that it's completely situational.
However, though I am pretty comfortable with the fact that a 20+ age group exists (I mean, someone has to keep all us youngsters in line), it can be off-putting to have some older (40/50/etc.) non-staffers. There's nothing wrong about an older demographic enjoying games like these, but it could be hard to filter out anyone with more malicious intents, as is the unfortunate truth with the internet. But I suppose I'm a tad skeptical on the issue due to my own observations of these issues.
