In the same file, try changing the Video Mode's resolution to something else. And make sure you change it under both Rendering Subsystem lists. Maybe change the resolution to 800x600 on both if it isn't at that.

Ive tried that also but as soon as the game pulls up it crashes

Yes and it still does the same thing.....do i need to re-download it again or something???
