To get preset sync to fully function, you'll have to click your FeralHeart icon (taskbar or desktop). It runs when FeralHeart is started to download other presets that are uploaded. ^^ You didn't miss anything, as just it installs similar to how you install the game itself, and locates into the FeralHeart folder.
