First of all, Wings for mutations are a big no. Many people have been fighting over the wings. Maybe horns? Some characters on FH act like deer sometimes, and maybe antlers would be neat. And for accessories,wristbands, maybe necklaces like in the IT videos I saw. Or different types of manes. I have some other ideas for accessories like scarves or earrings.
