Creating characters & updating characters

it gives me alot of stress about this, i try to make/update a character then i get a box like this "Updating/creating" that gets stuck for a long time

i waited like 40 minutes now and it is not done yet, it also happens when creating a character and updating them, also i have the latest version of FH

any fixes?

Maybe try changing your rendering system, or try restarting the game again.

whenever i make a new character, i make them in steps.
~name them, create
~edit, do all the sizing stuff, save
~edit, add the extra stuff, save
~edit, add markings and eye style, save
~edit, items, save
~edit, color, save.
and bam.

I usually don't encounter this error...
Have you tried check in' yer task manager for background processes that could be disrupting the client?

To add on to what was said above, be sure that your connection page isn't logging you out mid-creation of your character. Double-check to make sure that connection is strong, and as babystrit mentioned above, saving your progress in little steps can definitely help. c:

thank you i found out it was my internet (i was losing internet)
