The game crashes when I use the chat

Hello! I play on a mac and the game works perfectly (for the update I've followed these instructions),but unfortunately when I use the chat it crashes. What should I do?

Are you using a keyboard with foreign characters on it?
This could be the issue as the game does not recognize these foreign characters.

As already stated, if the keyboard isn't the standard English one and you try to use foreign letterings, symbols, the game will crash c:

Just don't use them and you should be good to go ^^

Well,the keyboard is setted in Italian and not in english,but I don't use symbols or different languages! Should I set the keyboard in English?

You are most likely pressing a foreign letter, for example one with an accent.
You should set your keyboard to English, that may solve the problem.
