Making Maps!!! Help!

  I'm trying to make a map and I have the terrain Mask and Height Map done but when I try and go on the actual map maker on feralheart it doesn't work! I'm Gimp to make the Height map and Terrain mask but now nothings working! When I get on Map maker your supposed to click the map you want to use right? Well for some reason the map stuff I made won't show up! I tried looking through documentation but their isn't much on their, or it skips stuff. I'm So confused! Please Help!

You said that you go into the game and try to load the heightmap yes? But nothing changes as you load the map?

Be sure you actually have the heightmap added for your map. If you go to the world tab inside the map maker, there should be a field that says something about heightmap.

Write in the complete name of the pictureand then end it with .png
Example

mymapterrain.png

Then hit enter, and the map maker should load your heightmap.
