Game Help / Issue with one of my accounts.

I have a few friends with this issue as well.
One of my three accounts, my main account to be exact, now doesn't work when I try to get on it. The other two accounts work perfectly fine, but my main does not.
Whenever I try to get on, it gives me the classic "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working" after the character select screen.

I guess it's not a huge problem as I can still get on my other accounts, but I have friends that I now can't contact as I can't spell their usernames and they aren't friended on my other accounts.

I've tried switching rendering subsystems already, and I doubt reinstalling will fix the issue but I will do so if needed.

Anyone else having this issue? Any known way to fix it?

Request/Find Meshes / Radio Collar Item?

I'm not sure if someone has made one already, but I've done a search and couldn't find one. XD; If they have, I'd love to have it. <3

Anyways I'm hunting for a radio collar item, since I have a character or two that could use one! c:

I'm pretty sure FH+ doesn't have a virus. :\ Norton let me download it and said it was safe back when it came out before I uninstalled it, any ideas why it suddenly thinks it's a threat?
