Ask Me / Ask My Characters! [With Pics c;]

Simple as that, ask my characters! You have +5 to choose from. As many as you want, and any kind of themes except extremely innapropiate ones. As people keep asking my characters, i'll update their info sheets with the answers~~ <3 Most of them are my own FH characters btw. Some won't have an image because i've yet to draw them!

Alrek

A tricolored young fella, with vibrant apple-green eyes.

Kalid

A wolf-dog hybrid that resides whitin The Covenant Empire's limits. He has the exact colouring of a Panda German Shepherd. One of his eyes is yellow, while the other is blue. The yellow eyed part of his face is almost entirely white, giving him a more sinister look, yet the other side of his face reminds you of a playful, adorable puppy.
Sigra

An almost (or seemingly) purely white wolf with yellow eyes, with darkened, faded borders around the nose, eyes and lips. He looks very simple, yet shines with his intelect. Very thoughtful, strategic, practical and rather boring in the exterior due to his lack of emotional stimulation during his childhood. He's an avid learner, what in real life you'd call book-thirsty, always trying to find new experiences and to learn more and more. Great storyteller and leader material. Currently a member of Skadelig.

Velynn
Although seemingly vain and a little cold-hearted, this fancy lady knows how to word her stuff. She will defend her morals at all times unless it perjudices her or her position on her group. A good fighter, she knows the dirtiest of tricks by heart. Although no colors can be seen on the drawing, she's lilac colored with a creamy white underside and crystal-clear colored eyes, along with a dark, slightly pink nose. She has darker tones here and there. Her facial and bodily structure is very delicate-looking with a narrow, fine snout, but powerful jaws and firm muscles distributed through her body.

Grayson
A, once again, tricolored canine with a bulky structure. Although his muscles aren't very defined, he has his share of strength, and maybe a little fat. Vibrant emerald-green eyes with a cream fur. He has dark brown on his legs, tail and around his eyes and ears.

Game Help / Crashing everytime i enter The Grounds

Hi, so, a while ago i started crashing upon triying to enter The Grounds. Doesn't matter which character- I always tried a different one and i've tried like 4-5 chars now and all of them crash on The Grounds.
I got on two characters that weren't on The Grounds and they worked perfectly, until i crashed out of nowhere when someone arrived on the map i'd assume. (I had spent like 5-10 minutes on the map with no problem and was talking to someone calmly, and then i crashed out of nowhere, and the last thing on chat was that someone had arrived, but when i looked up their username on the preset files they weren't there at ALL.) After that crash (on Ficho Tunnels) i tried a character on The Grounds and it worked for a while, i played with a friend until out of a sudden i crashed again! This is because (i ASSUME) someone was going through maps and kept provokating my crashes, thats why i could get on a map for some time and then i would crash when someone else (probably) arrived.
The only reason i think this could be possible is because someone's character has a faulty preset file that is constantly making me crash. This has happened once before but the game told me that my game crashed because of a certain preset file and that i should delete it, but it didnt say anything this time so i am left alone to deal with the problem. I have preset sync, so this is a LOT of presets we're talking about...
What can I do? I don't want to have to avoid certain maps because someone's presets is killing me ingame...!

Species / New specie... In development!

Hello! Many of you might know me for being the creator of the Bardagiulfr specie. First: DO NOT PANIC, Bardagiulfrs are not ending! They're just on a stop, for now, i want to get started on another specie. It's currently "nameless", but i have a few concepts (Which are ALL (C) me!, but picture references used for some of these pictures are not mine, and they were just used for illustrative and anatomical purposes)
The specie is in fact, a feline. But, an alien feline. This specie comes from another planet. In fact, this could almost be considered a "AU" Earth if you see it like it. Biologically, it's the same, but species vary and the biomes change, and the geography is indeed very different. (No continents!, bye Europe, bye America, bye etc!), but there is water, dirt, grass, air, fire, everything. Except...
There's a twist!
No humans, at all. 0, negative, 100% nothing, off, deceased, extinct, however you may call it, for hundreds of years, letting animals evolve! Physical evolutions weren't just enough, and they've become smarter! This includes Meriyaks/Kayirems.
And this is the part YOU participate in! I need your help to choose between Meriyak and Kayirem for the name of the specie. These have no meaning at all, but it's for popularism concepts. By the way, i could chop your eyes off if you copied my ideas, so bewareeee... You can leave ALL and ANY opinions on the posts after this one! Since this is a test thread, it will probably only have one section (this one i'm writing in), and if the specie shows a lot of positive answers, we could become a semi-private species, open to the public to be acquired.

Anatomically, the Kayirems/Meriyaks are mostly leopard-looking, but they have long caracal-like ears, with a tuft, just like the previously mentioned animals, at the tip of it. They have a lion-looking tail, which can curl or stay relaxed depending of the animal's emotional state. It also bears long, retractable claws, that can be as long as 4 1/8". Many more strange features about this specie will be released soon.
The usual height range for both genders is 1,2 meters to the shoulder to 1,3 meters, but there have been some extreme cases of male Meriyaks/Kayirems with a height of 1,4 or so, that beared giganism, a mutation. The smallest adult (2 years old minimum)Kayirem/Meriyak ever recorded was a runt male that inherited both the dwarfism mutation and the height from both his parents, that were both the runts of their families. Strangely, he survived to height around 1.03 meters, he had difficulties to hunt but he survived as a skinny, weak creature, unnatractive to most single females of his area. He roamed the dense savannah until a dominant male saw him as a threat to his territory, and shred him to pieces in a fight that didn't last nearly 5 minutes.

Species / The Bardagiulfr (Come get your first Bardagiulfr for free!)

The specie created from the mix of both norse words "ulfr" (Wolf) and "bardagi" (battle) creating the word Battle Wolf. As you might suspect, this is about a particular specie that shares a good amount of features usually found in the wolf. Why battle? Bardagiulfrs are known for their battle moves and stealth, they are smart, agile, strong and astute.

Bardagiulfr males are usually a tad bigger than females, but both share the same personality traits, most are loners but it's not really rare to see groups conformed by 5 - 15 bardagiulfrs, or more.

Discussion Board / Why has the YT community turned so cruel? (Warning; Rant.)

Not many of you might have seen this video but... Guys...
Today, youtube put a "rainbow heart icon" next to their logo. Many of you know what it means, when clicking it, you could go to this video in particular:

But...
The video is perfect.
it was.
Until i saw the comment box and the likes/dislikes part.
Out of 2.302.000 views, 107K were dislikes, only 87k were likes.

I was so damn sad to see so many homophobic comments in such a big community, then i realized the YT community was almost rotten to the core :( , the fact that the world still has people who feel repulse towards people who simply have different likes and dislikes, i even saw some nazi and pretty racist comments. It was so freaking sad, that i decided to share this with all of you, i want to remind you all that we should stay the same, FH is a much greater community than what i've thought until now; we have a LOT of users, and i bet most of them tolerate LGBT, if you don't, its okay, but i haven't seen any attacks towards LGBT people on here yet, and that makes me proud because we're a LOT of persons, big big crowds, also big hearts. I just wanted to take this weight out of my back, you're free to give out your opinions.
Sorry if this thread causes problems, i just want to express my worry for this increasing homophobia.

I've never posted on this board before.. So i beg everyone to excuse any errors i might have writing, since i am spanish.



First of all, i want to thank the whole staff of FeralHeart for helping grow what is the actual Feral Heart community. Getting more deep into this;
Since the day KovuLKD left the game, it would of have been reasonable that the staff would just drop the game and leave, since they were not being paid and keeping the server online would take money, but they kept "paddling" towards their goal. Think about it; people gave their effort and time to help a "dead" game rise.
And here we are.
More than 4 years alive, whitout help, ah, this looks like a strong tree, doesn't it? It lasted more than most online games i've known on my LIFE.
It is.
And overall, the community, because there are no leaders whitout followers, newest the oldest, everyone drops their bit into the pile of sand, it's nowadays we have a pyramid, everyone helps in the chain, TLK roleplayers, Warrior Cats, lions, wolves, horses, experienced users, new users, philosophers, artists, and many more types of persons that contribute to our grand, big society. I myself didn't expect that many acceptance about the update, we needed something crispy once again.
I also have to thank the staff again for this awesome recent update. Every map has their very own details and mysterious places, a magnificent example is Cherika Valley, which i assume is smaller than Fluorite Plains, and looks a lot bigger, i mean, have you seen ALL those dens and caves? Not a single one is the same, haha!, i expect more updates to come soon, but overall, thank you so much, everyone. The game needed a fresh start, change is not bad, at least not that much, heh.

For everyone that has played FeralHeart and enjoyed it at least one bit. Many of you might disagree that the whole community contributes to the daily growth of the game, but, let's think about it:
Yourselves, saying that, are also contributing! FeralHeart lets people express, giving new opinions, ideas, suggestions, complaints, and such, allowing the FH society develop in what we are now.

Plus Edit:

We forged many friendships on this game, we lost, we gained, we fought, we cried, we loved, we laughed, a lot. But that is what makes us all special, the lack of selfishness we all share, how easy it is to come up to someone... "Hey! Want to be my friend?", the courage of debating our opinions, the pros and cons of different topics, the laughter produced by the jokes of a fellow player. We, as a single, can't be taken down, even if someday, someday, the game dissapears, i can bet my two hands FH will stand up, we shall prevail to show the rest what makes a working union. We came back from Impressive Title, and now we shall defend what is now ours, we shall protect what is left from the gift that has been given to us to take care of it.

The memories that will stay with us forever will always be there for us, and we'll smile, we'll smile to a bright future, our limit is endless.

Game Suggestions & Ideas / Map of the Year! {Suggestion}

So, yeppers and peppers! i'm here to suggestion this:

Ever since we got the update, we were totes hyped about the new maps, right? Well, now that we can have updates... What do you think about a YEARLY CONTEST?
There'd be a contest where everyone can make their maps, of course, there would be a size limit as it would be pretty laggy, staff or members could pick their favorite map and the best map is added in a "christmas" or any other festive day of that year to come with an update.
The contest could have a theme, for example, we don't have ANY sandy maps, so this years theme could be... A desert? next year a icy cave and such, i think it's a interesting idea, don't forget to drop your opinion in one of the posts below! I'd like to know your opinion.
By the way; the prize could be basically anything, up to the winner.
