Failed to connect to front server

Hey I hope ur doing well, I've been trying to log in for the past half hour. I downloaded the latest patch using the vanilla zip file with the new .exe in it, moved the folder to my desktop, the play game tab doesn't seem to work on my browser(i put in my information, press login & nothing happens, i thought it was my vpn so I turned that off, refreshed & it's still the same) but it managed to work on my phone. I kept the tab open while I logged back in on my laptop & I'm still getting the same msg. Is there anything else I can do?

Can I ask what browser you're using? Also make sure your phone and computer are connected to the same wifi!

I'm using microsoft edge on my laptop & safari on my phone, they're both connected to the same wifi. I just tried again & still the same problem :/

Have you made sure that your computer's firewall isn't blocking the connection? And when you say "nothing happens" does it refresh the page with nothing happening or does the screen change at all on the play tab such as display "done"?

it refreshes the page but nothing happens, still on the login screen. I turned off my browser firewall & tried it again, same result. Thanks for trying

Does it look something like this with the word 'done' below?

 If so that means your username and/or password are being entered incorrectly.
