Staff had access to it then not regular users. If you see old posts it's most likely because the forum was in works shortly before the game itself.

Maybe testers had permission to be on it aswell i remember filling something out XD

2009- Developers only (Alpha)
2010- I believe it got released for staff only, but i remember being ably to play in late 2010..
2011- Got main server and went into Beta.
