I am sorry to inform you that you can't really claim a name as yours . .
Do you know how many people in the world are called the same names? Have a thought about it.
If you have issues with someone trying to pretend to be you, claiming to be you, get some proof and get it sorted through informing a MOD.. Don't make a post ranting about people stealing your name.
