Help log in.

Hello,
I have a concern I want to try to figure out. I have two accounts on Feral Heart. One for RP and friends, the other is just to be alone kinda thing. I made my first account a long time ago and had been away for a while, then I came back on the site and try to log in till this little thing popped up

I'm not sure what that really means, but I think it had something to do with me being gone for a long time. After I count log on that account I made this one. Which makes this my second account.Now I try to open my first account in the game, there is no problem and I get in. I'm not sure, I mean I'm not wanting to switch accounts and get on my first one because I'm already used to my second one, just a answer to why I got that little message

This belongs in the help board. When that thing pops up try refreshing or instead of logging in under the menu board try logging into the box at the top right or vice versa.

Your problem is probably linked to your absence on that account.
I think since the registration limit, old and unused accounts have been deleted, since cases like this have come up since it was closed.
I am not sure though, so I'd wait for another reply.

Yeah that's what I've been doing. I log in at the top right corner just like everyone else

yeah I think so too, I think I haven't logged into that account for a very long time it was gone, but what I don't get is why does it still work in the game and not on here. I would think if they were getting rid of accounts would be because to make more room in the game itself too

Wdll, some people log in right under the menu board, if you haven't already, i'd try there. That's actually where i log in every time.

Ya, both places to loggin are for different things, so hopefully logging in under the menu board helps.

If logging in under the menu board does not help try to change password or username.If this does not work im sorry but i don't know much else you can try.
