Portal Error

So I made two separate maps and I want a portal in one to be able to connect to the other one. I put this option in my map maker. When I gave my friend the files to download( My exports for the map and files in both may folders) She tells me she can not see the portal in the first map and that she sees the second map in the Cape and when she goes in it her game crashed. Did I do something wrong? When I go on my computer it works. Sorry, I'm new at map making><

You exported the other Map as well, correct? Make sure all the files are in the folder too, especially the .fhm as that's the Map file. (The .fho is an object file.)
