Happens if two people have different items packs. I'd suggest finding out hers and installing
hers. Arreze gave the link to the most recent and popular one

It's just the items.cfg file that's different.  You only need his file to see them, or he has an odd one and he could have your items.cfg.  Either way it should work.

However, if the item meshes, materials and textures are different, replacing only the items.cfg file will create problems as well. It is recommended to fully reinstall the entire modification and not just the items.cfg file especially if people are unsure about what items they have installed.
