Gimp is a free art program you can download from the Internet. I don't have an iPad, so I'm not really sure, but I think you can...

Also, it's best to have a tablet while making art, since it's almost like drawing. Using your finger to draw...might work, but it might get in the way.

As I said, Gimp is a free download art program. It's almost like paint, but it has more varieties than paint. Also more...high-techy.

Paint is a okay program to use, but it doesn't have smudge, blur, or a clear close up of an image, etc.. I would suggest you download Gimp if it's alright with your laptop/computer if you want to have well, updated art. Otherwise, you do a very good job with drawing on paint.

I have used Gimp before and really like it.  I am just better with Paint and my computer is for school and blocks pretty much everything that doesn't have anything to do with school.  I just got lucky that they forgot to block FH.
