Colonies >>> All WolfRats tend to live in colonies, however when a Male WolfRat reaches the age of 3 years they are normally kicked from the colony untill they either have reached 10-13 years (elder age) or have found a mate. [Temporary Kicking] Mates and Kits >>> A Female WolfRat can have up to 5 'pup'kits. When a WolfRat mate they mate for life, but normally when one dies the other can either (if not too old) search for a new mate. Also a Male WolfRat can carry up to three 'pup'kits on his back. ---Lastly a MALE WolfRat can mate with a normal rat but a FEMALE WolfRat cannot mate with a normal rat.Appearances >>>
Females are smaller and thinner then males,
Males are slightly taller then Females and bulkier.
Elders fall just a bit smaller then females or in between the male and female height - depending on gender.
Any newborn pupkits are the smallest, and a normal kit just in the middle of elder females and newborn heights.
