I have a quick question, can you add a copyrighted song {i.e; a song from a Nintendo game} as long as you give all credit to the creator?

Request/Find Meshes / Looking for Beach/island themed meshs.

I have a beach-y map, and I was wondering if anyone has some meshs? I currently have palm trees, some fish, and bonfires. Does anyone have maybe a volleyball, seahorses, or maybe some turtles to go with it? 
I'm looking for ANY beach/island items, really.
{I have the "GLSeastuff" pack already.}

I was wondering, how exactly do you add music to your map? I typed in a song in the 'map creator' but when I enter the map, no music plays.
Also, I added a palm tree into the game {which came with the game when I downloaded it.} But when I enter the map, the trees disappear. Which is odd, because when I click 'test' they show up.
