Are you sure you installed new patch? Link to tutorial: CLICK

Yes, I was sure. My game is fixed now, not sure how. I made this post for people who are still having trouble.

So, to start off, when the game first updated, I tried reinstalling the game, I did EVERYTHING everyone thought of, I officially QUIT.

My Dad ended up resetting my PC back to around Febuary 20th, which deleted the recent game which eventually fixed my PC after it was believed to give me a virus on my C: Drive.

I downloaded it again today, at first it said it failed to connect, but that was different, it actually SAID something!
I tried it again, and BOOM I GOT IN.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT MY DAD DID BUT if you know how to reset your PC to a certain time, or if someone can help, TRY THAT. It sucks and it IS a lot of effort to get your stuff back, but it JUST MIGHT fix your FH.

I haven't tried officially playing yet, but here's to good luck!

It was a shot in the dark, had seen it used as a possible solution to the same problem once. Currently all I can suggest is possibly do a fresh reinstall using the torrent version of the game's download. Even try using a different browser maybe.

Browser didn't work. Even tried using my phone. And I waited all this time for an update to complete to DirectX and it made absolutely no difference at all. Not even a sliver of progress was made when I reinstalled FH.

Perhaps try resetting all of your character's homes via the user panel.

I'll try but I don't know what it would do considering I can't even get into the server(s).

Edit: I reset all of my characters and it did nothing to fix the loading

So sorry to hear you're having this issue. Here's a big list of things to check if you're having connection issues; > linkie < I would suggest going through these, and if your problem still persists, then hopefully we can still figure it out.

I've checked it before, I have everything as it was before.
I'm sure I have the correct User and Pass, I downloaded the .exe, I don't have software to block the game, I have the same internet connection as I did before, and the Log-In page is up and running just fine. qwq

So FeralHeart is back up, wonderful!- For those who can get in.

Yesterday I had restarted my computer 3 times, replaced and deleted the .exe around 4 times, and not to mention internet problems. (Not related, shh.)

I was getting extremely frustrated and ending up mainly being told "Maybe try it later/wait for the Server to dull down on players". Well, I slept, and I'm awake now at 12:55am, and it's still stuck in the Log-In Connecting Page.
I don't know what to do, I have tried everything I thought of besides reinstalling, because I heard that doesn't help/didn't help anyone with the same general issue.

I ran this game just fine (besides some bumps) before the shut down on my Windows 7 Toshiba Laptop, could that have something to do with it? (I don't think it would.)

I'm real upset, I'm honestly stuck and don't know what to do. If anyone higher up has any idea what the heck is happening, I'd love a response as soon as I can get one.
(Even while making this post, it's STILL stuck in loading.)

(Here's a Screenie if you're still confused on what I'm having trouble with.)

So sorry you haven't been able to fix your issue. Seems this is a common theme now with users having issues on the login page and connection in general. Things have been forwarded to Raz, so hopefully we can get this sorted for you all soon. For now all you can do is keep trying.

I'll definitely keep my group updated, thank you all for trying to forward this stuff to Raz :V.

The likelihood of a security update is slightly low with the current status of everything, but that would be a question for the staff team.

Understandable... hopefully one of them sees this post, if not I'll message one of them in the morning, or join the Discord.

I had just messaged Sura and apparently many others are having the same sort of issue. Makes me feel a little better tbh, hopefully this works out in the end.

Alright. That has me thinking that it is more of an issue with the internet. I'd recommend going to a local cafe, library, fast food place, etc. and use the wifi at one of those places to test and see if the login page works. If it does turn out to be the case, I'd recommend buying a wifi extender. They plugin right to the wall and only cost ~$30.

Most likely, and while I appreciate the input, I'm still too young to go to one of those spots by myself, and I doubt a Guardian would accompany me to even test it- let alone my PC lives long enough to transport it there LOL. We also don't have that sort of money if it is a internet problem..
Which overall really sucks considering I've been using this internet for a while and have had no issues like these what-so-ever...

My Dad has told me to ask if the Game may have had some game updates, security patches, etc that may have changed the socket layers or protocols used?
He asks because apparently our ISP blocks certain protocols.
