Hello there! My name is Azura, although most people call me Az. I'm a 24 year old woman from the midwest that lives on a farm, likes cows (and knows almost everything about them) can be rough and tumble in the mud, and is a huge nerd all in one. I work at a gas station and quite frankly, love my job. However I love weather, and wish to pursue a weather career someday live I've wanted to do since I was a young'un. I also love nature and flowers and the moon, and honestly my second career choice would be botany and horticulture. I'm quite shy when you first meet me and I find it difficult to initiate conversations, but once I get comfortable I never shut up. I tend to not act my age because...well...life's too short to be serious all the time. I tend to put a smile on people's faces when I'm acting goofy, and that's enough for me. I have an anxiety and depression disorder, ADHD, and PTSD, although I'm working through all of those really well with medication and therapy. As for my FeralHeart life, I discovered the the game in 2014, and after 3 weeks of waiting I finally joined on July 20th, 2014, so been here almost 6 years! At first I was a spotty player that just tended to hang out in maps and not do much, but in 2016 I became very involved with the community and here I am today! So if you ever see me in game, just come right on up and talk, I don't bite! I may just be quiet at first! ^^

Introduction / Hey Hey HEy!

Oh man, it's me. Yup. The Crazy Fire Lady! I'm Azura, but on FH I'll just go by Amity for my sona. It's been...a long time since I've been here, and even though I still can't play the game, I can still be helpful on the forums. I'm honestly glad to be back!

Game Help / Any hope at all? [SOLVED]

Hi all. I've been gone for almost a whole year now because I have not been able to log into the game. I can log in through the log in page, but it never connects to the game.
I have tried:
Reinstalling the game
No mods or anything
Turned off all three of my firewalls
Made sure my proxy's were turned off
Cleared my cache, browser history, and cookies
Totally reset my Chrome browser
Totally reset my network connection
Tried restarting my router
Tried restarting my computer
Contacted my ISP about it
I've probably tried everything in the book, but I'm kinda desperate. I really want to play again, and I just wanted to see if there was anything I could have missed. Thank you.

Leaving / Wow already hitting the road again?

This time really by no fault of my own. The game no longer works for me, so I don't see a point in staying around. Nothing has worked to get it fixed and I don't think it's anyone's priority to look into letting me of all people back into FH. So this is good bye for good I guess.

Game Help / FeralHeart refusing to login

This has been an odd problem lately...
Here's where the story begins:
A few months ago, I got new internet. When I did, FH would not connect to the server despite me being logged into the page. So I got a VPN and that's the only way I could connect, if I was connected on a VPN. Well last weekend when I tried logging in for the party, I noticed when I turned my VPN on, the login page would just refresh and not allow me to log in anymore. So I turned my VPN off and the login page let me log on but the game will still not connect.
Am I just screwed and should say goodbye to FH for good or is there a fix for this? I've tried clearing cookies and my cache, tried restarting the browser and computer, tried connected to different servers on the VPN, all to no avail.

But yeah, this was way too interesting to keep away, so I'm coming back for now. Still probably won't be super duper active as I have real life to deal with (yay) but yeah, I'll probably come on a bit more now to see what's in store for the future. Still rather dumbstruck to be brutally honest. But yeah...hi. To whoever cares or even missed me. I know I wasn't supposed to come back so soon but...guess plans changed.

Leaving / Taking a...smallish?....break
« on: May 28, 2019, 07:27:44 pm »Between work and other things, I've been too busy to really come online. Been having a lot of mental problems lately as well too, and things here aren't really helping me. I'll probably still hop on occasionally, but can't promise anything. I need a break to just....get away from this game where a lot of my mistakes and bad memories were made. It would probably help me focus on the tons of other things going on in my life right now that's quite literally mentally destroying me.
