Scimitar

"Good. Sleeping, m'lady. Greatest way to recharge for the day, doncha know" The stone-grey male flashed the queen a grin at his imitation of a snow leopard he used to know, olive green eyes lighting up. "I'm going to go hunting, patrol the borders y'know. Keep those pesky cougars away from our camp!" Scimitar bounced to his paws, pink and black pads flashing as he charged away from the nesting site.

Once outside, the snow leopard shook his pelt, a rippling movement that echoed down to his thick tail tip. He snarled his own hunting call, letting it echo throgh the trees. A few birds were disturbed and flew into the azure sky, cawing to each other roughly. Scimitar sighed happily, then set off through the snow with big, proud paw steps. His tracks were clear, but he didn't worry about that. He was outside the Syndicate's site, snow leopard prints were obvious all around it. He splashed over the river, pausing to lap up the cold, clear water and sniff the air again.

Suddenly, he was a grey stone statue. Stillness only broken by an ear flick and the ceaselessly roving olive eyes.  An ibex. Why had the goat roved this far away from the mountain? Scimitar's brain quizzed itself. He sunk down, belly and tail rubbing the earth and paws finding their way over it quietly and quickly. The ibex was walking its stately way toward the river. Scimitar was surprised that it hadn't reacted to his noisy crossing of the river, but food was food.

The ibex was only a few paces away from Scimitar when it finished drinking, lifted its head, and saw the stone-grey snow leopard clear against the green grass and brown mud of the riverbank. It bolted, and Scimitar leapt into action. The two mammals' legs pounded the earth, the ibex's hooves striking the earth and throwing up clods of mud, Scimitar's leaps and bounds keeping the length between them equal. However, the leopard, all hard muscle and thick pelt, tired quickly, and slowed. The ibex kept going, dissapearing into the foliage. Scimitar heard it splashing across the river, and then its hoofbeats fading. His snow-hued chest heaved deeply, sucking in lungfuls of cold crisp air. Once his huge breaths had subsided to an almost normal, even rhythm, he trotted to the river and lapped up the water sparingly. Better not get a cramp, he was too near Category Six turf. He lifted his head, and let his nostrils give him the lay of the land. Nope, he couldn't smell anything. The snow leopard turned, and headed away from the river for better hunting.

Eura heared echos and sudenly frozen there. She looked around and saw a snow leopard a little further from where she was(the snow leopard is(Scimitar). She twichted her ears but she heared and a growling from behind her.A large cougar with dark brownish eyes was staring at her.She jumped off the rock and screamed running for help. She didn't realise that the river wasn't frozen as it was been and she slip inside. She tries to swim but she was hopeless. She turn her head, once at the snow leopard and once at the cougar. She yowl and yell but she didn't knew if the snow leopard heard her or not.At the moment she could stay some more minutes sbove the water but for how long?

((Bump. ;A; I really don't want this rp to die... I'll think up a post in a while. I've got a headache right now.
Alright, I've thought up a post))

Vita - FSS - Queen

Pale, near-transparent blue eyes stared after the gray snow leopard as he charged off. Right, Vita thought, her gaze shifting toward the parted river that made its way around the nesting site. Her fluffy black-and-white spotted tail twitched as another bone-chilling wind blew from the north, carrying the scent of water and stone. It was a bittersweet smell, revolting as well as soothing to the large female snow leopard.

And yet again, troublesome thoughts entered the Queen's mind, ones of death and pain. The Syndicate was slowly recovering from that attack, the one that happened not long ago. Her sides heaved as Vita opened her jaws to take in a long breath, sounding as if she were panting for a moment as she tasted the air. She glanced toward the pile of fur and bones that was used for a feeding area. It was, well, just fur and bones, due to the Syndicate's appetite the day before.

I'll see if Koe is awake, she decided, shaking her thick white coat. Sitting around and thinking would only cause more worry. Vita loped slowly to the Bellators' lair, taking her time as she took in the scene around her. No violence, no death, no blood. Just what she wanted.

Nose peeking through the lichen hanging from the entrance, she poked her head in and gazed around. "Koe? Are you awake?"

((So, so, so, so sorry for not roleplaying D:
So what has been going on in roleplay?))

Koe - Bellator - FSS
Koe rose up from his nest, his pale green eyes sticky with sleep. He looked up to see Vita, the queen of the Syndicate. "Yes," Koe moaned. "Is there problem?" He then realized something: the Syndicate had been attacked. He could smell some blood.
"Who attacked us?" Koe asked the queen. There were many questions in his mind, but this one was the only one he managed to get out of his mouth. He stretched and kneaded his nest with his front paws.

((No, no, it's fine! :>
Not much happened, Vita talked to Scimitar for a moment. I'm not really good at explaining, I'm sorry xD
And Dafni, isn't Eura in the FSS, or is she a loner, or something? I don't recall you saying she was a loner in the app.))

Vita - FSS - Queen

Vita's ear twitched as Koe sat up, a faint, barely visible smile forming on her face. As the male snow leopard spoke, the Queen blinked. "Last night, yes." She paused for a moment, thinking deeply, then went on. "The cougars must be planning another ambush, but I'm not exactly certain when. They attacked last night, but Kifo only sent around three or four cougars. It wasn't a hard match. No one is severely injured," she reassured him. The white feline sat for a heartbeat or two, running her tongue along her flexed claws. "It is though times like these we should thank our ancestors for sparing us."

Koe - Bellator - FSS
"Yes, we should thank them for sparing us. Also do you know what I think? I think sending three or four cougars is a sign of weakness," murmured Koe. He looked down at his claws and flexed them for a moment, wishing he was in the battle.
"Sorry I wasn't in the battle, Vita. I guess I must have dozed off. I don't know how I couldn't smell any blood while you were fighting though," Koe apologized. His pale-green eyes then started to look around the Bellator's lair because he was bored. "Is anyone hurt though?"

Scimitar

Scimitar crouched low, snow-white belly scraping the wet earth. He was stalking a deer this time, and the blood in his veins sang and danced. This time he was sure he would have his catch. The deer was nibbling at a thickly leaved bush, ears flicking rapidly. Scimitar tensed, tail waving slowly like a grey snake. A few blades of grass rustled between his toes, as he leapt into a run. He had only been a few feet away from the deer, the foliage so thick it had hidden his stone hued pelt.

The deer tried to run, but Scim's strides were so long he had eaten up the short distance between them swiftly, and latched his foreclaws into int deer's hindlegs. He pulled down, his full weight dragging the hoofed mammal crashing to the ground, where it flailed until Scimitar put it out of its misery.

Scimitar raised his head, olive green eyes scanning the horizon, watching for scavengers. He had the deer's neck in his mouth, and since he was now sure he wasn't being observed, he started dragging the carcass back to the Syndicate's den site, flanks heaving from the quick yet brutal hunting session.

The drag marks from the deer's body would be trailed, Scimitar realised, so changed course dramatically. It would make the journey home longer, but would decrease the chance of anything dangerous, for instance Catergory Six, following his trail. He headed for the mountains, where he couldn't leave an obvious trail over the rocks but scents would still be distinguable. He hoped it would rain and wash any trace of him away, but the weather was a law unto itself. He trekked on, blood around the deer's wound and his maw. He'd probably have trouble unclenching his jaws and chewing for a few days, but the prey was worth it.

The tired form of Scimitar (With an extra shape- that of the deer) dragged itself into the den site, where heliterally tore his stained teeth away from the meat, and sighed deeply. He slunk to the ground, and licked his muzzle. He took ragged breaths of air, wondering why he was so tired. "I must be getting older" He mused loudly, scrambling into a sitting position near his kill.

Cruenta

The pale cougar glared into the murky swamp. She was sitting on a large root that jutted out of the marsh, and she was annoyed. Some where in the dark and the fog was the leader of the Catergory Six cougars. However, Cruenta was more interested in getting some food. She stood up, balancing delicately on the root which bounced slightly under her weight. The cream cougar picked her way over the marsh slowly, alwasy testing her next step. The marsh was dangerous, her mother was somewhere underneath it. Nature's burial She smirked, leaping over a patch of swamp to some firmer ground. She breathed in deeply, certain that she would be forced to venture out of the marsh to find food. Actually, she knew she would have to. No animal worth eating lived in the marsh.

The river lapped at the earthy bank and Cruenta's paws as the cougar slid deeper into the water. As her water reached her bellyfur Cruenta gave a sharp intake of breath at the cold temparature. She contemplated fishing, but could see that there was little to no chance of her ever catching anything in the water. She crossed the river, and headed to the valley.

At the valley, Cruenta was curled up under a bush, catching her breath after the journey. She had scented the area out. A few carnivores, she was certain there was atleast one snow leopard there. However, herbivores were frequent in this area because of the lush grass. She flicked an ear, and her head shot up. Her eyes fixed on a certain mammal, one that could feed her for a few days.

The elk was old, she could tell. It moved slowly, very slowly, and Cruenta could see it was ailing. A stech hit her nostrils, the smell of rotting flesh. The cougar was on her paws, her face entertaining a smile. It was still on her face when she launched herself foward, of a ledge, and onto the elk's back.

It put up a good fight, thrashing wildly. Cruenta jumped off the elk's back, leaving bleeding wounds from all her claws, and launched herself again at the side of its throat with her teeth and claws. It kciked her hindleg, and Cruenta broke away with a screesh of anger and pain. The battle continued, both animals wounded but the elk more seriously so. Finally it weakened. Cruenta had figured that the smell of rotting flesh had come from its hindleg, were an open wound festered. She made a mental note that a really hungry carnivore would eat anything, that that wound was probably poisoned. She ate her fill of the elk then started dragging it to a safe place to keep it. She would probably stay nearby it until she had eaten as much of it as possible, so no other hunter-scavenger got it.
