Looking For Edited Water Material

Not going to make this post big or fancy, but does anyone know where I can find some water material that you can still swim in and such but you can sit down at the bottom?
I want to make an underwater map, but it kinda sucks when all you can do is stay in that swimming animation.
So if any of you know if it's possible and where I can find some it would be really helpful!

As I remember, there's a trick you can use to create this effect.
If you put a new square of water underneath the top layer(as in right down on the ground), I think you will be able to walk/sit/lie on that patch normally. You may or may not have to press space while on the patch for it to work.
