Presets not showing/Broken Lonely cave

This is also happening with my friends. Suddenly, presets stopped working on other characters and only your own preset shows. Apparently, only old presets show too, but most broke (for me at least(

Another problem is that I no longer can connect to the lonely cave. Since all characters I had were reseted to the LC, I can no longer play with that account (every char is stuck) and I only could connect with an alt account that was in the grounds.

Hello! Hopefully I'll be able to help you.

First, have you downloaded anything recently, such as the preset sync or anything out of the ordinary for the game? Or did the presets suddenly stop working?

Check to make sure all the presets you have of your friends are going into the Presets folder and not my_presets. If you have preset sync installed, I would uninstall, then reinstall.

Also, could you send me a screenshot here of what it looks like when you try and go to LC? Does the game crash, is the screen black, or anything else? Please let me know so I can assist.

I have 3 different FH folders. Two with sync, one without. I tried exporting the presets over to the one without (preset folder, not my_presets) and it didn't work.
The error is the "failled to connect to the map server" message. I did try everything that was on the BIG help thread and it didn't work.

Try putting those presets in ‘PrivatePresets’

As for the connection, have you tried going to the Forum and logging in the User Panel and clicking go home or reset home on your characters?

I did reset/sent home, and that was exaclty my BIGGEST problem. When My char got stuck, I did this to fix "as usual", but the problem WAS the lonely cave, so ALL my characters got stuck because I tried to "fix it".

And normally I always put the SYNC presets on the private_Presets as a backup. The problem didn't happen just with my FH either, my friends couldn't see each other presets too.

But you may lock this thread now, my LC is working again. Technically I couldn't do anything to fix it, just wait... I don't know if the presets are working again though.

Perhaps there was a badfile somewhere in your FeralHeart folder. If anything happens again, try looking for that too if you haven't already.
