Need a Top Hat Item, Please!

Okay, I really need a top hat for a character of mine. I'd like it to be (Johnny Depp's) Willy Wonka's top hat, like this one here;

I can re-texture it if needed, but I desperately need a top hat mesh like this one, or close!

Got it almost ready. Just have to re-size it right now it's too big



EDIT: Now it's smaller and did the codes for feline! (Got too lazy to code k9..) I don't know why it's shiny O.O Hope you enjoy it as much I enjoyed making it ^_^ If it's too small, I'll try to re-size it XP

It looks... just... wow! It's actually fabulous! Except... I actually needed it for canine, oops! I should have said that! Also, can the texture be edited by me?

It works on canine, but looks kind of funny on it. And I have no idea how to texture it. I added the colours in Blender.
