"Just bear it with a smile. It is your greatest weapon of defiance."
Name: Scarlett
Age: Just turned 4 years old.
Gender: Female/Bitch.
Sub-Breed: Border Collie.
Personality: Scarlett is a dog that was once the perfect pet. She was loyal, obedient and playful. That was until the ban. Now she is shrouded by the darkness of silence, all of her playfulness beaten out of sight. One of the only features that remains of her old self is her hope, something that she treasures to herself and savours it. She can't help but be greatly disliked by humans and canines alike, most lose their patience with her silence and sorrowful obedience. She is, as most would say, broken. With the right amount of kindness and understanding, her old self may be coaxed back; but she is yet to find anyone willing to do so. The only words that now escape her lips are 'yes' and 'no' and the odd sarcastic remark. She is anything but defiant these days, knowing that the more unwilling you are to cooperate, the more beatings you receive. Scarlett often reacts towards threats in a submissive manner; conversing in a corner with her tail between her legs. It is not a trait she is proud of, but she finds it is the smartest way to escape a beating.
History:
Family: No family members she can remember or care about.
Time Here: 1 year, she is still relatively new.
Job: Still being too new to have a fixed job, Scarlett is given the the few jobs that humans can't be bothered with.
Extra:
- She has a few scars running up her hind legs, but most of them are shallow and will heal.
- Scarlett has thicker fur than most PitBulls because of her Collie blood.
- When threatened by other canines, she can and will stand up for herself if there are no humans near by.
