Map ate my character

So, I downloaded a remake of the old maps, and I tried to get into the old ficho tunnel, but it told me it couldnt connect to the map server, and now I can't get my character back because I think it already spawned into the map. I can't "go home" because its stuck in the loading screen. If someone could help me that'd be appreciated. If an admin or a mod could kick me from the map or something, that'd be awesome, but if there's another way to fix this, please let me know. Thanks

If you want to go home, Login on the FH site and look for your character and click go home

As Jixmix said just thought I'd add some pictures to help you along the way these are quite old so some of the buttons might have changed or what not.
