God.. My Back is Killing Me. Halp ;-;

Howdy floofs. <3
As you may know from the title, my back is literally killing me ;-;
Every second it hurts like mad and I have no clue what's wrong with me.
I don't want to go to the doctor.. gosh, I hate em' doctors.
Any advice? ;-; It has been hurting me for a few day now, probably six now.
I've researched some stuff about the pain n' stuff and It said that I should do some exercises.. I don't know what exercises though.
Anyone a doctor... any knowledge... did anyone have pains like me? ;-;

Is it located near your shoulderblade?
I can get things like that if I've been lifting, pulling or pushing heavy weights wrong.
Due to the job I do, it happens quite often.

Can you describe the pain a little further?
Is it a shooting pain? Does it feel as if someone is poking you with a knife?
Muscle?

How do you sit when you're on the computer?
For how long and how often do you take time to lay down when your back is hurting?

Does the pain ever go away for a few hours and then come back once you do something?
Example sit by the PC or lift things.

Incredibly sorry. I just realized that the pain might be caused because I'm currently growing up. It all started when I turned twelve. I dunno. It's probably because I'm growing.
Or because I've slept on the wrong side.
It is directly my right shoulder blade BTW.

If you hunch, try not to hunch so much. (Leaning forward)
Just try to sit up and stand up straight. It's probably uncomfortable to make your back straight and more comfortable to hunch, but if you (in general) continue to hunch, your hunch could show even more when you grow older.

And yes, as your body grows, you start to get cramps.

Growing up will definitely be taking a part in this.

However. If you use your right arm a lot more than your left, you will probably strain it a little.
I do it a lot as I'm right handed and my left is completely useless..
The right shoulderblade is also the side which usually hurts the most.

It could be from lifting, laying and sitting weirdly, along with the way of using the mouse for long hours.

Example: I do a lot of heavy lifting at work, and I mainly use the right one to carry most of the weight while holding it in place on the left.
I also make the work uneaven when I push heavy things, by mainly using my right arm.
As well as pulling with my right..

It's difficult, but I suggest letting your arm rest as much as possible.
Perhaps take a painkiller if it gets unbearable.
Along with keeping your back as straight as possible.

T'is just what I do to help myself in these situations. ^^

Today, I am feeling way better. Once I got off of my chair, I couldn't feel ANY pain at all until a few minutes passed when I leaned forwards to pick something up from the ground.
Meh, the pain isn't bad, no painkillers needed. Woot. <3
