Sorry, I thought you were trying to do it through the "play game" tab! If that is the case, you may be able to contact one of the staff members to see if they could essentially "reset" the password for you.

Hello everyone! I've managed to log in with no problems, but my friend is having problems resetting her password.
Whenever she tried to reset it on the "forgotten password" page, she gets this error message:

"Activation could not be sent.Mailer Error: You must provide at least one recipient email address"

She had already activated her account, she just wants to change her password.

Error solved by using a different browser (Firefox)

Hello, just created and activated my account today, coming back after over 10 years :3
But I'm having problems logging into the game!
I've downloaded the latest version of the game on the site, and replaced the exe with the 1.17a version like it says.
The log-in page on the site is open and running in my browser, I've allowed FeralHeart through my firewall, tried running it with administrator privileges, but I still get the "Failed to connect to front server".
What could be the problem?

EDIT: also, me and my friend (who share the same IP) are trying to connect, would that be an issue? if that's a problem, how could we play together in the same IP?

EDIT 2: I may have been banned for 15 minutes due to wrong password, I think? I just read that the numpad doesn't work in the app. :')
