Forum + Game problem

I have a big problem from yesterday. I can't login to game or even go on normal FH site (I mean no forum). In game, when I login (yea I logged on site when it was working) and it said FH stopped working. Ok. I writed http://feral-heart.com/ and it said 301 - Error: 301. Message;

What's going on? I playing FH about 3-5 years (long time so I can't say how long + don't look at this acc register, cuz' I had other acc) and now something like this? Help, cause I want to play game, my friends don't have this problem...

You mention that it's been going on since yesterday, sudden problems like that are usually little temporary derps on your account with the server. I've had that message before myself and it often just sorts itself out. You can also try clearing your cache.

As well as your cache being cleared, go into "Disk Cleanup" on your pc and clear temporary internet files, temporary files, and any other options that you think might connect with your browser somehow.

Nothing. It's can be reason, that me and my sister have someth like identicall IP adress and Red just blocked us that we play on multiacc? But that's so bad, cause I played 5 yrs here and now I can't. ;v And that's no matter, I can be on forum, but I can't download game again, go to rules etc. and when im on loggining to game site its ok, but in game when I logged it just say that my FH stopped working..

If you're questioning if you were banned/blocked, please PM a staff member. They'll be able to help you with that question more than we can.

If you're on Chrome, have you tried going to the site in incognito mode? (Crtl+Shift+N). You may have a Chrome extension or some cookies that are interfering, but I had already suggested clearing all that and it sounds like you tried it and it didn't work.

'Ave ye tried restarting y'er computer and router? It never hurts to cover all y'er bases. Also, try using a mobile device to search the site and log in the Play Game tab. Sometimes, 'tis just the computer itself that causes these irritable issues.

I tried to restart and nothing works. And how can I PM to staff member, when I can only write on forum and go on Play Game site? Even when I login on fh-site, it says that my FH stopped working.
