Unable to send/recive PM's

I'm sorry if this isn't the correct place to post this, but for awhile now I have not been able to send or recive PMs. I don't know if I did anything wrong with my account-- I just dont know why I cannot see my messages.

Your nickname is not unique, there are over 20 people named Sydney on here, whoever PMs you, it's probably getting sent to the wrong Sydney.
