Feral Heart

Hello, fluffs!  I have returned with a new map!  This is a rolepaly map.  The size is set to 7500 width x 550 height.

Rules:
Yes, there are rules.  They are as follows:
-Swearing is allowed, but keep it to a minimum.
-No godmodding
-Respect the designated Map Moderators
-Respect group boundaries
-Battles are allowed over territory, but be sure to PM me what the new boundaries look like.
-Eventually an update may be done to add animals to hunt, but for now, roleplay it.
-The whole map should be RP only.  If you need to discuss anything else, whisper, or use OOC: when you sa something out of character.
-I would prefer no "fetuses" walking around, but pups/cubs/kits/etc. are allowed.
-I'd prefer no HEAVY gore.  Mildly is fine, as everything should be PG13
-Have fun

As you may have noticed, Yes, there are group boundaries.  If you would like to reserve a section of land for your group, highlight the area on the photo below, PM it to me, and if it gets approved, it will be added to the map:

Backstory
===========================
Long ago, the kingdom Bayrith was unknown.  A group of 7 - 2 foxes, a unicorn, a centuar, a wolf,  a leopard, and a hawk, trekked across the land now known as Bayrith.  It was full of rocks, uneven land, but more specifically, and abandoned kingdom.  It was believed that a war had occurred - that it had wiped out the people there.  The group of 7 decided to settle here.  They began working to straighten the location up.  They soon had repopulated - occuring in cross-species and regular species.  The population grew as travelers came across the location.  A young taveler, Kongurse, had shown great triumph among many wars and battles.  He was later chosen as the Ruler of Bayrith.  For many centuries, his kin had become leaders once the previous Ruler died.

It is now the 1700's.  Bayrith has it's new ruler, Athaco, who has ruled for 2 years now.  An enemy territory, the Puagua's, have been planning a battle for a while now.  Bayrith has been unaware of this.  Whose side are you on?

Picture/Descrption: (picture is W.I.P.) Solid black fox with white toes on her back left paw.  She has a tiny dash of white on her muzzle as well.  Her eyes are a bright yellow.

Kingdom:  Bayrith
Background:  Falia was born with a genetic mutation.  This caused her to have solid black fur.  Because of this mutation, she was an outcast from her family and the rest of the group.  She traveled a long ways, and eventually stumbled upon Bayrith.  Her exceptional healing skills allowed her ot be granted the title of The Healer of Bayrith.
Personality: Falia can be a bit shy talking to others outside of work.  During her work, she tends to stay quiet unless speaking with her patient.  But, once you get to know her, she can be very kind, sweet, caring, and protective.  She is a quick thinker, with a very strong bite.

Picture/Description: (picture is a W.I.P.) She has a feline tail, horse legs, and a canine body with a canine head, although her muzzle is a bit longer.
Title*: The Misguided
Kingdom: Bayrith
Background: Opphonta was born into a line of Cat/Wolf hybrids, but had a mutation giving her some equine features.  This disfiguration caused her to become an outcast.  Her legs gave her lots of strength and speed, so she arrived to Bayrith quite quickly upon being disbanned.  Her abuse as a very young one caused her some misguided thoughts and emotions, earning her the title of The Misguided of Bayrith.
Personality: Opphonta can be a bit jumpy (as she is still young) but if she trusts you, she will go to the end of the world to protect you.  She os playful and energetic, and very curious.  She has very good manners, although a few rotten things may slip out occasionally.

Note: I made an original thread for this about... 2 years ago? This is replacing it with Screenies added.

Okie c:  I love doing tutorials o-o I dunno why c:  So to begin, i'll tell you your stuff your gonna need.
1.  Photo editor (Can be gimp/coral/etc. Don't use paint.. I can't describe how to do it with that.)
2. Notepad/Microsoft word
3.  An empty preset folder for FH


Okay.  So lets start by opening our preset folder.

I used Preset 9 just because o-o you can use any folder.

Now, open another folder (the reference folder o-o) and copy and paste a canine/feline body, head, tail, and the eyes. Make sure you rename them to:
preset_9head  etc. Replace 9 with the folder number of the preset you are using.

BUT. Whichever part(s) of the body you wish to make Double-Sided, add another copy of, naming it preset_9headL  or R, whichever preset number and body part(s) you are copying.  


Now comes the part that people most likely get confused on - editing the code.
Open your code in Notepad/Microsoft Word and find the code for the body part(s) You are double-siding.  There is a material for the Left side and a material for the Right side. Edit the texture under L to say preset_9bodyL and etc o-o
It should then be correct.

Note: You must Change the material code at the beginning of your body part code to the same side as the actual preset half. Sound confused? Look back to the original coding picture I gave and then the second one. You'll see it.

Don't forget to edit the other preset side code!


(Make sure you edit your image codes to match the preset_9bodyL and preset_9bodyR or else it wont work!)

Now you color
(after saving your code, of course.)


Now, Open the FH Game o-o and click on Tools


And then click on preset maker! You don't have to use canine if its a canine body unless its specifically for a canine.

So go to the very last tab.
Click on the preset file you used and it should appear! (If it is yellow and black, make sure you saved your images as .jpg)

It feels so strange to post something that isn't a roleplay..

  Hello!  This game.. well.  I discovered it by playing it via text message with a friend..

It's quite simple.

Person 1: *15-30 lines from a song*
Person 2: *guesses title and artist of song*  *types 15-30 lines from a different song*

And it goes like that.  Simple yet challenging c:  Plus it's a fun way to discover new cool music

I'll start us off with one that EVERYBODY should know o.o

"I came in like a wrecking ball."  (Should be simple enough to go from there o.o)

Well I have a lot more FH Stuff I have been working on in my free time - and in case you didn't notice, I rarely update my threads here for that stuff xD So as a result of this, I am using my insane HTML and CSS skills to code up a website c:  It is almost done and you can register for free or blah blah blah.  Want to see what it looks like atm?  Well.. I guess I could throw in a few screenies for you guys c:


Update: TinyPic is not working for me and the other sites I have tried require a registration, so the screenies may take a minute.  If you have suggestions of things you want me to add, I might be willing to add a fan art section or like.. a page for other people's items/objects/meshes/presets.  Let me know and post below if you want me to have updates on here of progress!  (Note - site will be available for public viewing soon)
