Can't Login? Look Here!

Ok Im trying to play Feral hearts, but everytime I try to login on the game, it won't let me. It says incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts caused 15 minute ban)

what is the problem here? Ive made sure I have everything right, even changed the password. What is going on?

Im able to login on the forum and stuff, just not on the game.

Another tip to add -

Check the site to make sure the servers are online or offline, for updates, or if the game is down.

Is it possible for my account to be band at the moment for too many login attempts and that's why Im not logging in now?

got in game, but it`s glitched, there`s no land (all black), and I`m like below the floor in other words other players are above me. O.o how do I fix this?

i've tryed making a new account and deleting mine but my email is aleady known and i'm still able to log in to the form but can't log in to the game. plus i took out the numbers in my password.
still need help.

hmm... i have not on uk keyboard and i can log in... who knows why I can ... i need to change my keyboard?
