This is probably because of the number of people playing, if there is too many, the server will play up.

Make sure you've done everything correctly like it says on the front cover.

I tried to log in and it simply wont let me. I have constantly checked my password and my username. But I got them right.. and it will start to let me in, but then say Incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts will lead in a 15min ban).. I am so confused what to do...can you please help me?!

It will let me on the website but not the game it says it's wrong and its not ive waited 15 mins and it still doesnt work please help i wanna play D:

Both of you try type your passwords/usernames over and over again in a word document, and make sure everything is correct.

I Cant Seem to log in Either, I use the exact username And Password that was specified in my activation email, And it will Not work!
