As many before me have said, I tend to include a good mixture of both.
Of course it depends on what I am replying to, or if my character is by themself, etc.
The majority of the time it is mostly action-based, with emotion-based inclusions as a minority, though.

I'm mix of both. Strangely, when I'm tired yet in a good mood, I write more detailed and managed to few a large post within seconds. But, like, during the day, I'm more awake and usually lazy. My details and lack of writing sucks.

Then again, I'm usually of both. I'm semi-literature and Literature.
