FeralHeart won't let me play

 Hey, does anyone know how to fix this problem? I keep getting a pop-up saying "Failed to connect to front server", or something like that. This has never happened to me before when I used to play on a Windows partition using BootCamp, and I'm not sure if it has to do with my computer, the browser I use or my wi-fi connection. If it helps, I am trying to play on a Macbook Air from 2020(?) running Sonoma 14.5, and I'm using Porting Kit in order to play on here. I've tried keeping the play page open, reinstalling the game, downloading the patch and restarting my laptop but nothing has worked for me so far.

If any of you have any tips, I'd really appreciate it!!

Log into the forum and at the top of the forum there will be a button that says "play game" (itll prompt you to log in again)-- you must open this page BEFORE running the game. You must also keep this page open the entire time you are running it or it will crash often. Run OPEN GL. Let me know if this helps at all or will investigate other avenues related to MAC. Seems like youve tried this and Im assuming that you installed the recent game update but I wanted to cross these off indefinitely.

Also keep in mind that a couple maps are down right now! You can try using a different character or sending your character home if you're still not getting through.

I always keep the log-in page on, never have it minimized, and I even have a tab refresher so it doesn’t redirect me to the log-in again. I think it COULD be my wi-fi, though I have changed my wi-fi to a less used one but to no avail. I’ve also followed all the instructions of the tutorial so I believe it can’t be that. Though, I haven’t manually put OpenGL to run, I think I might have to try that to see if it helps.

And I am aware that two maps are down at the moment! I was stupid enough to forget that they were though, and entered the portals.. yeesh, I really should be more aware of my surroundings.

I also have this problem, I can't enter the game for couple of years now..
Not only i send all of my characters home (didn't work), I did a reset off my acc entirely.. didn't work

Tried different solutions, like, making new rules for my firewall and disabling my antivirus, still nothing..
Something is not letting me onto the server

I just ran into a pretty similar problem yesterday. I've been trying to figure out what's wrong for a long time. A couple of times, I even reinstalled all the files just in case and poked into my account settings, but unfortunately it only helped to delete the old account so that it wouldn't hang and create a new one  . You could say that I just gave up and lost to the site, but if there was nothing particularly important on the account, this could also be a kind of solution.

Anyway, if you can find a solution to this problem for yourself (less radical, perhaps), maybe it will help someone else too.
