Reason why I wanted him to look this way was because I, out of nowhere, started developing a like for clowns. I thought, "Why not have a clown character?" and so Panzram was created. However, my friend actually designed him for me since I struggle with appearance for mostly every character. All I told her were the preferred colors 'n that I wanted some clown characteristics to his appearance and she came up with this. I adore how it turned out. <3

1. I do have a fascination for clowns yes.
2. I do not want to be a clown, however.
3. They call Pan the Morbid Clown as he has some rather "morbid" tendencies. His story is not for the faint-hearted.

If Panzram had an alternate universe version of his character, what would his (or her) name and description be?

Ooh this is interesting to think about. I might go with a pirate alternate universe for this one. Panzram would be named Vaughan, a pirate captain famous for his mischief. With the ability to lure almost anybody under his charms, he might be able to snag away the one thing he's been keeping his eyes on. However, his clumsiness tends to get in the way of his escape more often than not, and so he always finds himself back where he started with only an addition to his list of adversaries.
