Your opinion on Hot Pockets?
« on: July 27, 2016, 06:30:47 pm »
In my opinion I think Hot Pockets are really good, especially the pepperoni ones. Even though they are kinda unhealthy I still eat them for a snack, or if I am to lazy to cook something else.

If you don't know what they are then here is what they look like.

They come in different flavors by the way.

What is your opinion on Hot Pockets? And if you like them then what is your favorite kind?

This hot pocket reminds me of a story about hot pockets. I call it... "THE POCKETING." So, I was in a competition. Who could make a certain particular fabulous image with photoshop. We went to this "High quality epic school" or something far off. So when we got there, since it's a statewide and even national competition, I was expecting those tasty morsels to be beyond legend. No, though. Uhm. Allow me to clarify the legend of these. So, not only... were these sad excuses of... I can't even give them a title... uncooked, raw, poisonous, and sickening to eat for everyone, soggy, covered in water, and wrapped cheaply in tin foil... but, these people had the guts to say, "This is a nationally sponsored competition, with GREAT food! We've had our best chefs prepare it!... or of course it's probably leftover cafeteria food from about three months ago." It took me a long time to get over those... of the "POCKETING." Suffice to say I understand why a lot of people said, "NO" to going on to the higher tier of the competition. As far as I know, the food up there was also bad. Really, really bad.

This is a very interesting topic! I like it :o

I've had them before and I'm not too wild about it, but it has been a while and my taste buds tend to change now and then so I might now...however I would eat them if I had to. So I don't think they're bad, really, just not my preferred taste.

They're a great meal choice when you're in a rush or don't have anything to cook with, but I wouldn't eat them over other things. I'm a pretty healthy eatter and freezer food is high in sodium.

You have a very good point there. I try to stay away from foods with a lot of salt in them.

I have never tried a hot pocket, I don't think the local Albert Heijn sells any. They do look delectable, but I would prefer a sandwich for a hearty morsel while on the go or on my lazy hours.

I've never actually had one myself, but apparently they're incredibly tasty and delicious to eat when you're out on food or you're in a rush and need to warm something up quickly. I wouldn't eat this often but if I see one I'll see it worthy enough of trying out.~

I don't think we have these in England, but it looks kinda nice. I like stuff with melted cheese in it. I'd probably just make a toasted sandwich myself at home though.
