Can anyone help me?

I downloaded Ringo and Delay's item pack successfully, I'm so proud -3-
Now, altough I've put everything where it should be, the items don't appear on my characters.
Does anyone know the reasoning for this? My character REALLY needs the feather and other characters need other items. I have NO clue what to do!

This should be in Game Help hun. c:
And well, do they appear in the Equip tab, but just don't show on the character, or?
