Second, invest in a house purchase that is reasonably priced.
Third, offer money to my mother and father. As much as they have supported me throughout my life, given me, its time to give back and show them my appreciation.
Fourth, FINALLY build the desktop computer of my dreams.
Whatever is left will be put away, as well donating a share to art scholarship funds.
