Should I? Some Questions. Your Opinion?

Hello. Super sorry I have not been on. Oh, and my birthday was on the 7th! Anyway, I was wondering about Deviantart. Whether to join it or not, those kinds of things.

But, I have limits. Here they are, some of them are questions.

• Ok. Do I have to spend money on this site?
• Do I have to share tons of info?
• Can I practice a little?

So, please answer. And, do I have to have a super oober good drawing skill? I'll post some pics if I need to.

1. You don't need to. There are prints, and certain bases/adoptables will need you to pay money (or their form of currency on there) but you don't need to spend money to make an account or anything.
2. Not too much, I think some may be optional as well.
3. What do you mean by practice a little? You can practice in other programs on drawing and such.
4. No, you don't have to have a super good drawer. /look at my art heheh/ Deviantart is a place for any art, no matter what experience level.

Do I have to spend money on this site?

There's the option to purchase a subscription, but it's otherwise completely free; I personally haven't spent a penny there. You can exchange the site's currency (100 points = $1) for art, merchandise and such, but it's completely optional and avoidable.

Do I have to share tons of info?

You sign up with your usual information (name/age/etc), but there's the option to customize your page to reveal as little, or as much, as you want. Mine's fairly anonymous.

Can I practice a little? And, do I have to have a super oober good drawing skill?

Even without an account, PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE. It's great for improvement! There's no need to be an artistic mastermind, either; there's plenty of people who are there simply to admire everyone's work. Beginners and professionals are all welcome!
