lets see. i uninstalled. and re installed a new download of the game... and i added the ENB like last time... did the Direct3D9 settings.

I'm trying to figure out how to solve this problem. Perhaps it might help me to find out what ENB modification you are using? Or, which one you installed? I'll run a few tests myself on it.
