Can't type quotation marks, ~ and ^ in-game (-FIXED-)

So I have a problem. I can't type quotation marks, ~ and ^ in-game. When i type them, just a blank space shows up. How to fix that?

If a letter or so isnt supported to be shown by the game then you get just an empty space. Its not fixable thou since its not a bug.

But everyone i see in-game can type them normally...

Then you most likely have a different keyboard layout. for example, the game runs with the standard usa keyboard layout, for me in austria this means the keys i look for are sometimes not on the place i see it on my keyboard.

you can just try hitting different keys on your keyboard to find the said letters/symbols for the game on your keyboard.

Hmm... I have a USA keyboard.. Well, thanks for helping me.

I still can't type them... I tried everything.
