FeralHeart's ground texture hates me. u.u

Just as the title says. Wherever I go, the ground texture is still the same, it stays the default green grass. xc I've tried downloading and reinstalling over and over again, but it doesn't change. I've even tried editing the default grass, it doesn't change. If I had my sister's mini-laptop then it'd work, but that's around 3 years old or less. Sadly she moved away when we moved here, and that was before the new maps were released so I never got to see the graphics for South Pole, wings, etc..

This is probably the problem, is it that FeralHeart doesn't work to well on my 11+ year old computer, or is it my graphics card? Oh and by the way, when I searched up for a topic related to this, I didn't find anything, so..

Help would be appreciated, thank you. ^-^

Edit: I searched for dxdiag, and I have a 2800+ processor, I'm also running on a Microsoft Windows XP Professional. I have 2800+ cores. Where can you view your graphics card info? And also, my computer seems to work on DirectX and DirectX only. When I switch to OpenGL on my computer and the game, my computer instantly crashes and I need to restart. Any help please? ;w;

If you haven't already tried changing your rendering system all i can say is that it would have to be your graphics/video card. It may need an update because it's not good enough for Feralheart. It's all i can suggest i'm sorry.

Thanks Harkane, but once I go to dxdiag I have no idea what I'm suppose to be doing. x3 I also searched my folder, they are the way they're suppose to be..

I really don't know what the problem is. A while ago I saw ''drivers 12+ years old. needs updating'' in my anti-virus system. Would that be the explanation? It annoys me the most in SP, because I never got to see the ice. ;w;

Kashii. If you mean by dx diag the render in system, then all you do is open FH, click options, go to video click rendering system and click the one that ISNT opengl. Then close FH and restart it so it can boot up wth the change.

It's probably my graphics card..

Mine is already DirectX (DirectX3D, Direct3D or whatever it's called) too, by the way. xD I've been changing from DirectX to OpenGL and vise versa.

Well, no one else is responding because they're pretty sure you fixed the problem yourself xD Just google how to update your graphics card and see if it works.
