Account issue and registration question

So my friend has not been on the game for quite some time and is having troubles logging in to the new login page. I looked at Raz's post and we narrowed the problem down to her account itself. Is it possible that she was banned for extended inactivity? If that is the case, when will registration open back up again for her to make a new account?

If your friend has been inactive for 18+ months, the server has probably deleted her account and she will have to make a new one. And registration has been disabled until the site has been completely updated. So I'm afraid your friend will have to wait until then.
